Ola Financial Services has picked up about Rs 205 crore from investment fund Falcon Edge and venture firm Matrix Partners as part of its first institutional financing round, regulatory filings show. Automotive technology startup Euler Motors raised Rs 20 crore as part of its ongoing series A funding, led by Inventus Capital. The other investors in the fresh round of funding include Blume Ventures, Singapore-based Jetty Ventures India Investments and Udaan’s co-founder Sujeet Kumar. Cryptocurrency exchange CoinDCX has raised Rs 18.98 crore (about $2.5 million) in a follow-on investment round led by Polychain Capital and Coinbase Ventures, the investment arm of American cryptocurrency major Coinbase.The fresh round of funds are intended to help the startup drive crypto adoption in India and support its plan of increasing crypto investors/traders in India to 50 million. Xtracap Fintech India has raised $1 million (Rs 7.56 crore) in an angel round of funding. While the three-year-old company did not disclose names, it said that the capital had been raised from a clutch of US and UK-based investors.
